Mack Linan is an Austin Native who has been assisting Buyers and Sellers with Real Estate Transactions since September of 04′. After becoming a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Mack began his Real Estate Career with Re/Max. He spent his formative years in Real Estate as a buyer’s agent exclusively and ultimately moved on to become an independent Listing agent selling homes in Austin, Round Rock, Hutto, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Smithville and pretty much every Austin-Area city in-between.

Why focus on Cedar Park and Round Rock? The answer is simple. Agents who attempt to focus on too much often actually do too little. I spent my first couple of years in Real Estate living in Hutto while taking listings in Leander and selling duplexes in South Austin. While this type of diverse activity taught me much about time management and allowed me to learn about several different aspects of the Austin Market, ultimately it led to me spending more time on the road and less one on one time with my clients. Do I still take calls from clients and friends interested in other Markets?… sure. Advice is always free. But watch out… Spend enough time with me and you just might end up falling in love with the North side.
Giving back – Keeping the music alive
I am a musician at heart! Being born in Cedar Park and growing up around the Austin Music Scene played a huge role in my development as a person. I started going out to see live music at a young age and ultimately went on to play drums for the Commandant’s Own Drum and Bugle Corps while I was in the Marines (99’-04’). I still play today and am actively involved in the Music community. I have had the fortune of knowing some amazingly talented musicians! Unfortunately it is all to common that those who dedicate their life to the art of music often find themselves living below the poverty line and with no form of insurance.
